The mechanic, Max, that came over from this company was excellent. My 15 year old GE washing machine stopped working out of the blue. I called another company first and they told me that the parts needed to replace the washing machine were no longer available because that model was no longer sold. They told me that I needed to buy a new one. I then called Park Slope Appliance Repair. The technician came over and agreed that the parts were unavailable but somehow managed to find comparable parts that made my machine work. I didn't have to get a new washer because of this company, and I am very grateful.
